- Advance adoption of the Reprise platform by creating onboarding plans and providing results assessments.
- Streamline demo best practices through strategic planning and oversight.
- Serve as the primary contact and advocate for customers to ensure optimal use of Reprise.
- Support customers by understanding strategic goals and delivering reviews throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal resources to tackle customer obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
- Proactively identify concerns within customer initiatives and develop resolutions.
- Build trusted relationships through timely and honest service.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with Sales to close additional service opportunities.
- Encourage active customers to serve as advocates with the Customer Marketing team.
- Coordinate across organizations to improve demo programs and processes.
