Sales Development Representative

Partner with Account Executives to design and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns.
Build strategic account lists and understand territory plans with Account Executives.
Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and personalize outreach using sales tools.
Use AI-assisted workflows to automate research and first-pass messaging while maintaining personalization.
Make calls, send personalized emails, and build multi-channel outreach flows.
Maintain accurate prospecting activity, contact, and lead-status records in Salesforce.
Use Gong analytics to assess and improve call performance.
Collaborate with Account Executives on high-quality handoffs, meeting-to-SAL conversion, and pipeline creation.
Provide Marketing stakeholders with feedback on inbound lead quality and campaign messaging.
