- Demonstrate cybersecurity products and services to prospects and clients
- Meet with potential customers to assess cybersecurity needs and infrastructure
- Provide live demos and proof of concepts tailored to customer concerns
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for solution design and refinement
- Train the sales team on product technical aspects
- Act as a feedback loop between the field and product/engineering teams
- Assist with technical sections of RFPs and RFIs
- Provide occasional post-sales support to ensure customer success
