- Schedule and publish approved content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Coordinate podcast episode publication and distribute promotional clips and supporting content.
- Create and maintain launch run-of-show plans, coordinate publishing sequences, respect embargoes, and verify launch materials.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, direct messages, and mentions, escalating sensitive inquiries.
- Maintain an awards and competitions calendar, track deadlines, coordinate materials, and manage entries.
- Manage marketing request intake and production schedules, and quality-check copy, creative assets, links, tracking parameters, and campaign details.
- Administer HubSpot and CRM records, properties, workflows, lead-source attribution, UTM tracking, and data deduplication.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking inbound leads by source, channel, and content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports explaining performance trends and changes.
- Organize marketing systems and implement AI-powered automations for repetitive operational tasks.
