3+ years of experience in networking, firewall management, vulnerability risk assessment, or similar technologies.
Strong expertise in network security and firewall management technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet).
Proven ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executives.
Strong problem-solving skills with a “get it done” attitude and the ability to overcome technical hurdles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical discussions with potential clients, providing in-depth product knowledge and demonstrating how the solutions meet business requirements.
Perform product demonstrations and engage with client technology teams to clarify requirements and address technical questions during the sales cycle.
Work closely with clients to understand their business models, provide technical support during the evaluation period, and ensure successful product adoption.
Manage and maintain lab environments to conduct testing and proof-of-concept setups.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and support, to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Provide feedback on competitor products, market trends, and customer requirements to guide product marketing and roadmap development.
