- Experience with SaaS, IoT, communications, or industrial tech
- Sales Acumen: Ability to drive technical validation (proof of concept, trials, integrations)
- Understanding of networking, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise IT systems
- Comfortable working with large enterprises
- Coach and mentor sales team on how to sell weavix solutions effectively in frontline industries (manufacturing, logistics, petrochemical, hospitality, etc.).
- Lead training sessions and workshops to help sales reps develop industry knowledge, understand customer pain points, and master weavix’s messaging.
- Shadow sales reps on calls and meetings, providing feedback and guidance until they can confidently position weavix.
- Assist in refining sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and objection-handling strategies.
- Act as a product expert, understanding every aspect of weavix’s platform, including communication, collaboration, and workforce management capabilities.
- Listen to customer challenges and map them to creative solutions using the building blocks within the weavix ecosystem.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept (POCs) tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for complex customer environments.
- Step in as a trusted technical expert on large or strategic deals, ensuring customers see the full value of weavix.
- Become a subject matter expert in the needs and workflows of frontline industries.
- Educate internal teams on industry trends, pain points, and key differentiators of weavix.
- Help refine go-to-market strategies and positioning for specific industries.
- Represent weavix at industry events, trade shows, and customer roundtables.
