  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • 1-2 years of community building and/or recruitment experiences.
  • Cultivate new relationships and attract leaders including ‘Moonshot’ Preceptors, EIR’s and Mentors.
  • Create a robust recruitment strategy.
  • Lead hiring process for all Impact Fellowship Preceptors and EIRs.
  • Lead interview process to test for the highest quality candidates.
  • Build a system to guide Program Manager/Leads to recruit Preceptors, Mentors, and Entrepreneurs in Residence for each Fellowship.
