Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a learning and development-focused role, preferably at a SaaS organization.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience with curriculum development.
  • Experience utilizing diverse learning management tools and training applications including Powerpoint, Google Slides and similar applications. Experience with Rippling LMS, a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and able to relate well with diverse populations of all levels
  • Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Responsibilities:
  • Create, facilitate and support learning and development programs for the business
  • Build and maintain required compliance training as needed for the business to include sexual harassment and information security training.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Design and develop learning programs and training materials, including presentation slide decks, manuals and other visual aids
  • Collaborate and partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs.
  • Deliver results-driven development programs using a wide variety of training methodologies and learning tools
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinates logistics for executing programs including coordination of training and materials, communication with trainees, and post-workshop collection of evaluation/feedback
