Associate Director of People & Operations

Lead the research, design, and implementation of systems, policies, and resources to optimize team performance.
Anticipate organizational growth needs and build scalable systems, playbooks, and guides.
Design visually compelling resources and policy documents using Canva or similar platforms.
Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones to translate strategy into execution.
Lead planning and facilitation of All Team Meetings and Town Hall Meetings to foster connection and alignment.
Design and coordinate team engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and community impact.
Support high-priority People & Operations projects including talent sourcing, application evaluation, and interviewing.
