Our platform helps contractors manage payment applications, compliance, and lien waivers. We process over $180 million in annualized billing, freeing contractors to focus on building instead of paperwork. Founded in 2019, Siteline secured $18.4 million in funding, including a $15 million Series A round led by Menlo Ventures. How We Work

We operate as a remote-first team, with 25 employees collaborating across the US. We value direct, candid communication and foster an environment where differing opinions strengthen our collective decisions. Our culture encourages you to move quickly but always with clear alignment. You will find a team that challenges itself and each other to deliver excellence. We embody a "run lean" philosophy, optimizing strategically to achieve maximum impact. Expect to travel to our San Francisco office about twice a year for in-person collaboration, strengthening team bonds.

Engineering at Siteline

You will solve complex integration challenges that directly impact contractors' cash flow. Our platform streamlines intricate billing processes, requiring robust API integrations with diverse ERP systems like Sage, Vista, QuickBooks, and Oracle NetSuite. We also connect with general contractor portals such as Procore and Textura. You will work on a system that automates data flows and ensures accuracy across multiple, often disparate, financial ecosystems. This involves deep debugging and root cause analysis on real-world financial transactions. You will contribute to a technical foundation that empowers an entire industry.
