  • 3+ years experience and proven track record in sales, with a passion for health and wellness. Remote high ticket sales (nice to have).
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales in a consultative, empathetic and relationship-driven capacity.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking, Google Suite and virtual Zoom communication. Must own a smartphone and computer with Zoom capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Holds a strong desire to exceed goals and KPI’s.
  • Understanding of natural health conditions, cellular physiology and alternative health therapies is a plus, but not required.
  • Engage with high-potential leads via Zoom calls in order to convert clients into our tailored health programs.
  • Comfort and experience using a consultative sales approach to build rapport, understand the clients needs and help the client make a decision if our program is the right answer for them.
  • Proactively confirm and nurture all assigned leads leading up to the consultation, ensuring strong rapport and preparedness for the Zoom call
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPI targets by maintaining schedule availability of 20 calls per week and minimum 17% booked to close rate.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Utilize CRM systems and Google Suite to manage a sales pipeline, document interactions, and report daily activity accurately.
  • Commit to growing as an IC through attendance of our weekly sales meetings along with daily team huddles and daily workshops.
  • Uphold company standards of communication and ethics
  • All on boarding education requirements as outlined, including, but not limited to product knowledge, consultation, role-play, and systems training prior to receiving leads onto your calendar.
