- Proven experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing, ideally in the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to initiate and build relationships with potential clients from scratch.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
- Great organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
- Experience with outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Experience with a Sales Execution Platform such as Outreach or Salesloft
- Experience with Zoominfo would be a bonus
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through research, outbound outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn), and networking.
- Manage and prioritize leads from both inbound and outbound sources, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to expand our market reach and penetrate new accounts.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Continuously refine lead generation and prospecting strategies based on market trends and feedback.
