Provide direct and indirect social work services to elementary, middle, and high school students and their families, focusing on Tier 2 and Tier 3 counseling for mild/moderate and at-risk populations.
Collaborate with school or IEP teams to develop treatment plans and IEPs with measurable social work goals.
Advise staff on cultural, familial, and societal factors that influence student behavior, academic performance, and well-being.
Design positive behavioral strategies and track progress using Panorama.
Perform psycho-educational evaluations as caseload needs expand.
Provide parental support and guidance to facilitate successful school adjustment.
Train educational staff on behavior management techniques and provide direct support as required.
