Requirements:

• State school psychologist license; Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred.
• Experience in more than one state preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and experience (5+ years).
• Prior supervision and people management experience.
• 5+ years of IEP-directed therapy and evaluation in a school setting.
• Experience with eligibility/IEP meetings and case management.
• Excellent communication skills and self-awareness.
• Digital native with tele-health service experience.
• A private workspace with secure internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and support the growth of Parallel’s School Psychology and Behavioral Mental Health Programs.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to assigned providers, including corrective feedback and case consultation.
• Host team meetings and trainings for providers.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting school psychologists and related professionals.
• Orient and train new service providers on company processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to inform and implement services.
• Work with school district administrators to resolve concerns and ensure student service needs are met.
• Support improvements in policies, procedures, and training content.
• Assist in clinical quality assurance measures.
