Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to the mid-market segment (500-2,000 employees) at a national level, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or employee benefits sectors.
  • Expertise in managing a complex sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, mental health, wellness programs, or corporate healthcare solutions is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional consultative sales skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM tools, especially Salesforce, to track and manage sales activities.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast- paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of your sales territory, focusing on Mid-Market accounts with a national scope. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with Talkspace’s business objectives
  • Identify, target, and prospect potential clients across various industries, leveraging inbound leads, outbound outreach, and networking.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers (HR leaders, C-suite executives, benefits managers, and other key stakeholders) to understand their organizational needs and provide tailored mental health solutions through Talkspace.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiating and closing contracts. Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success and implementation teams.
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce, forecast accurately, and meet/exceed sales targets. Provide regular updates on progress, obstacles, and key wins.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on messaging, client needs, and deliverables.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to position Talkspace as a thought leader and trusted partner.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring clients’ continued satisfaction with Talkspace’s services.
