You will build and maintain software that defines employee development. We craft user-friendly tools for teaching, learning, and career management. Our tech stack includes Java/Kotlin + Spring and Ruby on the backend. We use React & Typescript for the frontend. CI/CD pipelines run on GitHub Actions and Spinnaker. Monitoring relies on DataDog and Opentelemetry. AWS powers our cloud infrastructure, leveraging S3, Aurora, EKS, Lambda, and Pulsar. We champion lean product development: make decisions, iterate, and learn fast.
