- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial agreements with major financial institutions (Including Commercial Banks and FMI’s)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to address client needs and drive successful implementations
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Strong experience selling to front and middle office functions, with exposure across Collateral, Treasury, and/ or Fixed income
- Identify high-value TradFi use cases where Chainlink's core solutions can provide value
- Collaborate with Chainlink Labs product managers, solutions architects and implementation engineers to integrate Chainlink solutions into Financial market infrastructures & commercial banks systems and workflows
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing models to incentivise TradFi adoption of Chainlink's products and services
- Develop onboarding and support programs to educate and enable clients on Chainlink Labs product capabilities
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target institutions to understand clients needs and position Chainlink as a strategic partner
- Work cross-functionally to create compelling thought leadership, use cases, and go-to-market strategies
