Proven experience in an account director or a similar role, with knowledge of IT solutions and technology trends
Experience of working with high profile, Enterprise level customers
Clearly defined success at C-suite level
Strong Vendor Partnership experience, eg Microsoft, HP etc
Excellent emotional awareness and relationship building skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Full UK Driving license
Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and ARO's business goals.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their interests.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high client satisfaction levels across all levels of service architecture
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AROβs services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and next-gen networking.
Apply knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to enhance client operations and deliver advanced, future-proof solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account plans, and project progress.
