  • Work closely with the Customer Success Engineering team to ensure accounts are healthy.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers and share the Arize vision.
  • Prospect wider into customer accounts to drive adoption.
  • Manage customer feature requests and ensure timely communication with the team.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success.
