- Own and execute XBOW’s regional marketing strategy across APJ, with a focus on Singapore, Australia/New Zealand, Korea, and Japan
- Build and scale integrated regional programs, including campaigns, field events, executive briefings, webinars, and community initiatives
- Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline generation, account-based initiatives, and key regional deals
- Localize global messaging, positioning, and campaigns to ensure strong cultural and market relevance across APJ
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate XBOW’s technical capabilities into compelling regional narratives and use cases
- Work with Partners and Alliances to design and execute joint marketing programs in-region
- Own regional event strategy, including third-party conferences, owned events, and executive roundtables
- Coordinate with Content and Communications teams to support regional content needs, PR moments, and thought leadership opportunities
- Manage regional marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Define and track success metrics for APJ marketing, including pipeline impact, engagement, and brand awareness
- Act as the voice of the region internally, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
