- Develop, manage, and grow an existing book of business with shippers across the U.S. market.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers through proactive sales and account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through outbound prospecting.
- Coordinate and manage freight movements across Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and intermodal transportation.
- Negotiate rates and service solutions with customers and carriers to maximize profitability while ensuring high-quality service.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records within the company's systems.
