- Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across marine management, storage, and dealership platforms.
- Develop and execute a partner sourcing strategy aligned with the client’s expansion roadmap.
- Build repeatable partner onboarding playbooks and integration scoping processes.
- Drive commercial impact through referral programs, reseller opportunities, and joint GTM campaigns.
- Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and performance metrics.
- Equip partners with positioning, materials, and training to sell the platform.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to manage integration timelines from requirements to launch.
- Own ongoing partner relationships through regular check-ins, QBRs, and performance reviews.
- Maintain partner CRM records, documentation, and internal playbooks.
- Share market and partner feedback with leadership to inform roadmap decisions.
