Requirements:
4+ years in management consulting, strategy, or strategic/performance marketing. Proven success launching or growing digital products in the Chinese market. Strong grasp of performance marketing, digital marketing KPIs, and campaign optimization/reporting tools. Based in Mainland China. Deep knowledge of the Chinese market. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. Self-starter with a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and high executional autonomy. Experience managing cross-functional projects. MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead market entry and scale strategy in China. Own digital acquisition across Chinese platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Baidu, Douyin, Weibo). Optimize for growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV). Adapt value proposition and product messaging for Chinese audience. Identify and manage local growth partners and agencies. Launch integrated campaigns for brand awareness and develop influencer partnerships. Monitor competitive movements and consumer trends. Ensure compliance with Chinese regulations. Assist in building the future local team and operational infrastructure.
