Strong grasp of performance marketing, digital marketing KPIs, and campaign optimization/reporting tools. Based in Mainland China. Deep knowledge of the Chinese market. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. Self-starter with a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and high executional autonomy. Experience managing cross-functional projects. MBA is a plus.
