Property Manager

Act as the primary contact for maintenance requests from tenants and landlords.
Assess and prioritise reported issues, coordinating with approved contractors to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Ensure all properties remain fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Track and coordinate renewals of safety certifications and maintain accurate compliance records.
Manage the tenancy renewal process, including rent reviews and negotiations.
Coordinate property check-outs and handle deposit discussions and negotiations.
Organise property turnaround activities to minimise vacancy periods.
Maintain accurate records using property management software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365.
