Operations and Client Success Manager

Oversee guest communications while meeting the ten-minute response-time requirement.
Manage cleaning reports and review property photos against SOP standards.
Refine workflows and create SOPs to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Communicate with property owners, provide updates, and maintain professional relationships.
Spend approximately one hour daily on supplemental sales activities.
Execute “Think Like An Owner” projects to improve the business’s bottom line and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and report team performance against base KPIs and the “Focus of the Month.”
