Take commercial ownership of a diverse portfolio of smaller and lower-tier accounts, ensuring consistent growth and retention Manage and convert inbound leads into active, long-term customers through consultative engagement Proactively build a high-quality outbound pipeline, identifying and approaching new prospects within your target market Drive renewals, reactivations, and upsells across your account base, leveraging automation, data, and scaled communication tactics Analyze account performance, pipeline health, and funnel metrics to guide your strategy and improve conversion Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Research team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience Maintain organised, data-backed account management processes
