Payment Operations Lead

Organise the Payments team workload and ensure SLAs are met.
Supervise and motivate Payments Analysts to reach team objectives.
Manage operational relations and inquiries with external banking partners.
Represent the Payments team in strategic aligned teams (SATs) and facilitate cross-functional communication.
Develop, maintain, and document policies, processes, and internal control improvements.
Monitor transactional metrics and system performance to report on payment operations.
Liaise with internal and external audits to provide requested operational information.
