Requirements:

• A recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to generate insights;
• Familiarity with advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);
• Familiarity with business analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.)
• Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Marketing KPI reports:
• Support the creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly dashboards that measure key marketing metrics
• Help monitor trends and identify insights to inform marketing optimizations and strategy
• Campaign performance measurement and evaluation
• Gather data from marketing and business analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) to evaluate advertising campaigns
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings  to the marketing team and agency partners
• Data process improvement
• Work with other internal teams to automate data query and reporting
• Help improve efficiency in the data reporting workflows 
• Support with additional marketing analytics tasks as needed
