- Manage the day-to-day work of a team of Renewals Managers and Associates.
- Implement functional renewals plans and strategy in tactical processes for a book of business.
- Maintain accurate visibility into team renewals performance in the CRM or renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
- Forecast renewals for the segment with Field Sales Leadership and the Geo Director, including churn and growth projections.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to advance renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Coach team members on pricing, contract terms, whitespace, and expansion motions.
- Set goals and performance expectations, monitor progress, and drive accountability.
- Remove blockers and streamline day-to-day renewals workflows.
- Provide feedback and coaching, address engagement and retention needs, and advise team members on career growth.
