  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred; 3 years relevant experience needed or 5-7 years of project management experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong decision-making, planning, organizational skills, and a self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience managing project teams, along with strong technical acumen and software development understanding.
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts and communicate technical requirements to development teams.

  • Lead and manage the implementation of assigned projects from start to finish while keeping clear communication with clients.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting established KPIs.
  • Collect necessary information from clients to customize software systems and guide them through the configuration process.
  • Take client's current business processes and develop an improved version using company's products while identifying any gaps.
  • Document project requirements and facilitate project planning, status reporting, and regular meetings.
  • Coordinate client enhancements with internal teams and manage technical relationships.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and ensure that system analysis aligns with product strategy.
