  • Collaborate with Customer Success solution architects to build technical documents.
  • Respond to customer RFP/RFI/RFQ documents.
  • Support product launch activities and assist with company events.
  • Cultivate and qualify new pipeline opportunities, tracking revenue to support forecasts.
