Requirements:
  • 10+ years in a customer-facing role, with at least 5+ years in technical pre-sales at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
  • Experience working with or selling into partner ecosystems (e.g., GSI, BPO, and CCaaS)
  • Proven ability to communicate with executive and technical audiences, simplifying complex ideas into business value
  • Resourceful, scrappy mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Highly organized, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone (or willing to work primarily in those hours)
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver impactful presentations on our Services approach and how it supports our broader partner-led strategy.
  • Tailor messaging and demos to show how Cresta and partner technologies jointly solve real-world business problems.
  • Represent Cresta in co-selling motions, including joint pitches, workshops, and executive conversations.
  • Drive discovery with both partners and prospects to understand use cases across multiple business units (not just contact centers).
  • Build compelling solution architectures that highlight the synergy between Cresta and partner ecosystems.
  • Support partner-influenced deals through demos, proof-of-value engagements, and ROI workshops.
  • Educate partners on how to position and technically validate Cresta alongside their own services and platforms.
  • Gather feedback from the field—customers, partners, and internal stakeholders—to inform product roadmap and packaging decisions.
  • Influence our services strategy to better align with partner delivery models.
  • Be a champion for partner success across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Train and enable internal SEs and partner teams on our joint value proposition to reduce repetitiveness in GTM motions.
