  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Explain technical components of AI-driven solutions to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Support the Implementation Manager by troubleshooting data-related issues and driving resolutions forward.
  • Assist in refining and optimizing onboarding processes for improved customer experience.
  • Manage alignment across stakeholders on implementation timelines, goals, and deliverables.
  • Provide proactive support to customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a structured and adaptable workflow in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
