Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a Director of Assessment, or comparable role, at the district or state level.
  • Expertise in educational assessments, including diagnostics, benchmarks, universal screeners, and common assessments.
  • Experience implementing a variety of assessments at the district, county, or state level.
  • Demonstrated passion and expertise in analyzing data, interpreting insights, and developing strategic plans to drive outcomes.
  • Educational professional development experience.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create assessment resources.
  • Serve as a consultant to districts implementing IXL’s assessments.
  • Support internal teams in deepening their knowledge of assessments and data.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to customers to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Travel domestically to deliver professional development and meet with district leaders – up to 40% possible travel.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
  • Support district and state-level sales opportunities as needed.
