Requirements:
3+ years of direct account management experience in advertising. Experience in creating processes, spreadsheets, and templates. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Analytical skills and ability to use data/analytics tools effectively (e.g. Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4). Experience in managing budgets in paid search and paid social advertising.
Responsibilities:
Key point of contact for clients and responsible for building long-lasting relationships. Lead strategy and day-to-day running of client accounts across paid-search and paid-social channels. Ensure delivery of great, effective performance results. Troubleshoot performance dips in ad-spend and orchestrate solutions. Champion the experimentation process to drive account learnings. Work with paid-social and paid-search teams to implement strategy and improve it. Identify key opportunities for growth and potential blockers for client accounts. Align team on messaging and goals for client meetings and orchestrate client relationship strategy.
