Requirements:
  • Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or a related field within the gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of gaming communities and streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, X/Twitter, Discord, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Lurkit and social media analytics for influencer management and campaign tracking.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and engage with relevant content creators and influencers across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, X/Twitter, Discord, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term influencer partnerships, negotiating collaboration agreements and using CRM tools like Lurkit.
  • Utilize direct messaging through Discord, X/Twitter, email, and other channels to facilitate ongoing communication.
  • Design and develop strategic influencer campaigns aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
  • Create campaign briefs, track performance, and provide post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine influencer strategies based on engagement data and community insights.
  • Plan and execute content-driven campaigns across streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube) and social media channels (Meta, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage large-scale streaming events, including Twitch raid trains involving 50-200+ gamers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
  • Oversee the production of graphics and video assets, including Twitch overlays, pre-event infographics, and pre-roll/b-roll footage.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visuals align with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze real-time and compiled data to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular management reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics to refine influencer and content strategies for future improvements.
