Requirements:
  • 5+ years in media buying or digital marketing
  • Expertise in media spend management across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Amazon PPC
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics to drive decision-making
  • Experience collaborating with finance teams to align budgets and performance goals
  • Proven ability to forecast e-commerce sales and manage advertising budgets
  • Ability to explore and validate new advertising channels
  • Experience managing Amazon ad spend and Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee media spend across digital marketing channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, retailer media networks, and Amazon PPC.
  • Execute ad buying directly where applicable and oversee agencies managing paid media on other platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure efficiency in spending and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Partner with finance to align advertising investment with performance thresholds and company goals.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for increasing ad spend when performance warrants additional investment.
  • Create and manage media plans for both campaign spend and always-on media.
  • Share reporting dashboards with stakeholders, highlighting performance takeaways and opportunities for spend optimization.
  • Own and manage the ecommerce sales forecast (DTC & Amazon) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic media buying plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Research new marketing/advertising channels and create business cases and testing plans for potential investments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon channel performance, managing the agency responsible for advertising and sales performance.
  • Oversee Amazon ad spend strategy and execution, ensuring efficiency and growth.
  • Support the transition of Amazon business management responsibilities to the incoming Director of Ecommerce, retaining oversight of Amazon media buying.
