Engineering at Five9
You will build and maintain critical cloud infrastructure, processing millions of customer interactions. Our technical environment includes Kubernetes on baremetal and hypervisor platforms. We leverage OpenStack, KVM hypervisors, and advanced Linux systems. You will craft Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, and Python. We continually optimize for performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work with cutting-edge technologies. These include VoIP/SIP, Ribbon SBCs, and Verint WEM solutions.
