Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment with success in leading and closing at least 10 deals per year
- Excellent C-level communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years enterprise software sales experience successfully selling solutions at the C-level with 3+ years of direct sales management experience
- Experience managing and building a team of successful SaaS and/or Cloud sales professionals
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower team members to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Total comfort demonstrating SaaS/cloud-based software and discussing it with customers
- Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas in a complex sales environment
- Proven expertise with teaching, coaching and training sales methodologies
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required
Responsibilities:
- Guide and manage the activities of the Account Directors to ensure company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded.
- Ensure each team member is prospecting, conducting discovery calls, organizing demonstrations, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities towards a win.
- Prepare, Coach, & Support the sales team by phone and on-site in their sales meetings with customers.
- Manage the closing of current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage weekly one-on-one meetings with team.
- Conduct meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing amongst the team.
- Attract, hire, onboard train, and retain top sales talent; managing attrition.
- Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts.
- Work with team members individually for ongoing development while always promoting a healthy team environment.
- Prepare Account Directors and yourself for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team
