Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives across the West region, driving consistent, profitable sales growth
Own regional sales budgets and KPIs, including calls, site visits, and sales conversion, and take corrective action where performance is falling short
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels to expand the customer base
Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and lead generation
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and adjust strategy accordingly
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership
Continually review and improve the end to end customer sales journey
Get in the field regularly: travel with your team, meet customers, and build the trust that a remote structure requires
