- Identify decision makers, economic buyers, and other influencers, and qualify leads against established criteria.
- Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for outside sales representatives and coordinate calendars across time zones.
- Send confirmation emails, calendar invites, and product materials, and provide sales representatives with detailed appointment handoffs.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads through calls, emails, and voicemails using a structured cadence.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, research target accounts, and build prospect lists.
- Meet or exceed call, conversation, and qualified appointment goals, and share market feedback and competitor insights with the sales team.
