Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is a competitive edge. Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products. Navigate multiple windows/browsers with ease. Perform extensive internet research. Type 45 WPM. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly. Be process-oriented with high attention to detail. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new software/systems quickly. Be a natural problem solver focused on creating solutions. Work well independently and understand teamwork. Strong verbal and written communication skills. More than a year of experience in an office setting is preferred. Primary internet connection: minimum 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection: minimum 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outage. Primary Device: Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent; minimum 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance, functional during power interruptions. Functional webcam. Noise-canceling USB headset. Quiet, dedicated home office space. Smartphone for communication and verification.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and process drug screen orders. Interpret and complete drug screen results in client files. Provide clients with Occupational Health Documents. Understand and apply search criteria guidelines. Contact vendors for information and quality assurance. Interpret drug screen results for internal departments. Analyze data following regulated compliance procedures. Follow policies, procedures, and workflows. Learn and apply complex information. Encourage a positive relationship between community and company. Interface with clients/applicants.
