Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally Document all call activity accurately using internal systems Adhere to all compliance and operational guidelines Maintain performance metrics including attendance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
