Senior Product Manager, AI

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline. At least 3 years of proven software product management experience. Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery to scale. Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices. Experience designing, launching, and iterating on AI-driven product features. Experience building and orchestrating intelligent workflows. Comfortable using SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis and user research. Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making. Ability to build wireframes and mockups. Experience with agile development methodologies.

Own and lead an agile team, focusing on AI-driven product capabilities. Translate AI platform capabilities into customer and internal product experiences. Define scope for new product features and improvements. Write and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria. Break down complex problems using data, analytics, and user research. Track progress, assess risks, and communicate mitigation plans. Conduct research and business analyses for opportunities and risks. Identify and solve complex product challenges aligned with strategic initiatives.
