- Own the territory planning process from data compilation to system maintenance.
- Build and maintain quota models and lead review cycles with sales leadership.
- Partner with Finance and HR on compensation plan design and cost modeling.
- Serve as a go-to resource for sales reps regarding compensation and plan clarity.
- Identify and eliminate process friction through documentation, optimization, and inbound support.
- Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on processes and data definitions.
