Sr. Director, Legal Innovation Partners - APAC

Lead and develop the Legal Innovation Partner team, setting performance expectations, career development frameworks, and a culture of client-first excellence.
Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships at the Sr. Director level, personally driving renewal, expansion, and executive-level engagement with firm leadership, CIOs, and innovation partners.
Define and continuously refine the firm's AI transformation engagement model in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations to forecast and manage the renewal pipeline, identify expansion opportunities, and escalate at-risk accounts proactively.
Represent NetDocuments at industry conferences, client advisory boards, and legal technology forums as a thought leader in legal AI adoption and firm innovation strategy.
Hire, coach, and retain top Legal Innovation Partner talent with credibility to engage with law firm management and C-suite leaders.
Define and monitor success metrics for the LIP team, including NRR, renewal rate, adoption scores, and client satisfaction.
