Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience within B2B Business Development / Sales
  • Working experience in recruitment agencies would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated success of winning over clients, ideally within client-servicing industries.
  • Working with clients in consulting, investment banks, private equity, and/or start-ups would be an advantage.
  • Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or equivalent.
  • English fluency is a must
  • An additional language would be a huge advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities - focusing on gaining contacts within the start-up world, consultancies & fast growing firms.
  • Organise your leads to target (trust us when we say that Excel & LinkedIn will become your best friends - could be useful for you to become acquainted?).
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company, globally.
  • Prepare marketing materials, such as pitch decks & client presentations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions & develop strong relationships with our potential clients.
