- Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring proper understanding and application of Agile and Scrum practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including: Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, Sprint retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments that impact the team’s progress
- Coach and mentor team members to improve self-organization and performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
- Support and coordinate the work of 2–3 development teams
