  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  • Align with territory pods to drive prioritization of target accounts and that pipeline building objectives are being met.
  • Own the BDA playbook, regularly revisit to ensure targeting, process, and messaging is effective and meeting Northspyre’s objectives.
