Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) in an Engineering Discipline.
• US citizenship, with ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
• Expert interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience managing acquisitions programs with DOD or DOE acquisition lifecycles.
• Extensive knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
• Available to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification.
• 15+ years of prior work experience showing progressively increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts within AAC's Systems Engineering Services division.
• Develop long- and short-term business pipelines.
• Identify and track business opportunities.
• Develop and oversee internal processes for proposal drafting and submission.
• Lead proposal writing teams and mentor matrixed employees.
