Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus 10 years of experience in wireless communications within a Business Development/Program Management role.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of recent experience capturing opportunities across multiple U.S. Department of Defense services.
• Proven success in securing contracts ranging from $1M to $20M+.
• Solid understanding of RF technology, IP networking, and tactical communications systems.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage a diverse portfolio.
• Ability to conduct competitive product analysis and strong technical understanding of service needs.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities:

• Define long-term strategic objectives for the USAF market.
• Develop actionable plans and execute the strategy effectively.
• Identify and cultivate strategic alliances for key pursuits.
• Drive the capture of new military business opportunities.
• Conduct customer engagements with senior leaders.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for USAF.
• Represent Silvus at trade shows and industry events.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership.
• Travel up to 50% to maintain strong customer relationships.
