Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator, managing system configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
  • Optimize sales cycle processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, track deal progress, and ensure proper pipeline management.
  • Manage lead routing, scoring, and assignment automation to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure data hygiene and consistency, regularly auditing and cleansing CRM records.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
  • Oversee marketing automation, including email campaigns, workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing.
  • Ensure seamless integrations with third-party tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach) to optimize outreach and engagement.
  • Implement and manage lead capture forms, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in HubSpot that integrate data from: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Other third-party marketing and sales data sources.
  • Track and analyze key revenue performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on data analysis.
